Nick Maslen

Director

Nick spent 25 years as a London property developer before founding Sunlight Assessments UK. He has since gained extensive experience through more than 400 completed daylight and sunlight reports.

Milica Mijajloviċ

Senior Consultant

Milica holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture and has over three years’ experience with our daylight and sunlight team, specialising in 3D modelling and technical analysis.

Ana Dragoslavić

Consultant

Ana holds a Master’s degree in Architecture, with RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 validated qualifications, and brings a strong architectural background to our daylight and sunlight team.

Using CAD and 3D modeling, we assess daylight, sunlight and overshadowing in accordance with BRE 209, BS EN 17037 and other relevant guidance. Our specialist software allows us to test scenarios quickly and accurately, giving architects, developers and homeowners confidence at every stage.
