Neighbours impact study sunlight and daylight assessment report

If your planning department has requested a Sunlight Assessment Report, and maybe the neighbours have raised objections based on 'Overbearing' or 'Overdeveloped' you can counter this narrative by proving your development won't adversely affect the daylight and sunlight on the surrounding houses and gardens. Time is money and having your project refused permission can be a nightmare for cash flow.

Local Authorities may request a report verifying the sufficiency of light levels within the planned development or PD conversion. Where site limitations exist, this can be addressed by incorporating sizeable windows, restriction of room depths, and the utilisation of light coloured interiors. we will work with your architect to get your plans to pass the BRE guidelines.
